Before their Series A, Coverbase needed a site that could match the weight of their product, an AI-native procurement platform trusted by Fortune 500s and banks.

The Challenge

Coverbase approached us as they were preparing for an upcoming funding round, when the gap between product maturity and external perception became evident.
Their existing site, messaging, and branding no longer reflected the level of credibility required to communicate effectively with investors and c-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies.

The Approach

Before design, we mapped out their ICP, aligned on the intent behind their messaging, and how a brand at that stage needed to be perceived. We rebuilt core assets through our Site-To-Close™ framework, these laid the foundation for everything that followed.
Messaging was centered around the decision maker, the site architecture was designed to establish trust progressively, and visuals were created to show authority from the first impression.
Every word, page, and visual was crafted with intent, to guide the prospect forward, establish trust, and handle objections.

Results

The new site launched ahead of Coverbase’s funding announcement, ensuring their digital presence reflected the scale of the company, and supported the attention that followed a Series A milestone.
Coverbase announced $20M in Series A shortly after. Conversion rates improved 2.8x, inbound demo requests increased 4x, and visibility across organic SEO grew 74%.

Partnership in Action

This isn't an agency-client relationship. You bring the product knowledge, the sales context, the customer stories. We bring the structure, the system, and the site. Together, that's what makes it work.
step 01

We mapped who Coverbase's buyers actually were and where the site was losing them.

We never touch design until we understand the buyer.
step 02

We rebuilt the entire site architecture around the fractional CFO buyer - not around Coverbase's org chart.

Every section exists to move a decision forward, not to look impressive.
step 03

We stress-tested every page against real buyer behavior before Coverbase's team saw a single live page.

We don't ship until it works. Launch day is the beginning, not the finish line.
