The Challenge

ColdIQ’s growth was rapid, and their existing systems weren’t built to keep up with the volume of attention they were generating. Without a consistent system to convert that traffic, a significant portion of demand risked being lost.
They partnered with Axamo to design, build, and launch B2B collateral focused on conversion, including their outbound 7x course and a set of high-performing landing pages built to catch and concert incoming traffic into qualified leads.

The Approach

We approach the project through our Site-To-Close™ framework, focusing on building collateral that supports the full conversion process, not just traffic capture. Every asset was designed with a defined role in the funnel, focused on acquisition of leads along with conversion, making sure no demand was left unstructured.
Each piece was built using our Sales-Assist™ system, structuring landing pages to guide users through a clear decision path, handle objections, and reinforce value at the right moments. This resulted in conversion rates well above industry averages and a more efficient use of ColdIQ’s incoming traffic.

Results

The landing pages and additional collateral launched along with ColdIQ’s Outbound 7x course, giving them a system to capture and convert incoming traffic at scale.
250+ signups were generated within hours of launch, with landing pages converting at 6.5%. The collateral built through Sales-Assist™ supported ColdIQ’s growth from $4M ARR to $8M+ ARR in 12 months.
